The Conference Indicator

Last night while we were cleaning up from Dinner, Amber and I told the kids that in just two weeks it would be conference. We all shared our excitement. Aylee was the last one to chime in with her enthusiasm, "That means we get to see if President Hinckley is still alive!" (We had just been talking about the ages of their grandparents and great grandparents - President Hinkley's age came up in that discussion also).

We explained to Aylee that he is still alive. We don't have to wait for Conference to find out those kinds of things - that it would be in the news and church magazines.
